How to teach Adjectives
Using this Describe It Figurative Language Activity, students match the word to the pictures that best describe them.
Adjectives will help your students’ writing become interesting and detailed. This activity will help your students build their database of adjectives that they can use in their own writing.
Students use the word and picture cards to play go fish, memory, or a matching game. Then, write and draw pictures using words from
the sort in the Figurative Language book
