Prefix Matching and Meaning Worksheet

How to teach Prefixes

Using Prefix Matching and Meaning Worksheet, students match the words to their meanings to build their vocabulary skills.

Prefixes are parts of words added to the beginnings of other words (the

root word). Prefixes change the meaning of the root word.
