How to teach Angles
In this 4.G.1 Fourth Grade Common Core Lesson, students identify points, lines, line segments, rays, angles, perpendicular and parallel lines.
Identifying rays, angles, points, and lines will help your students as they learn more Geometry. This lesson is perfect for small group, math centers or independent practice.
First, sort each line, point or angle into the category that it best fits! Then, record the number in that category on your recording sheet. Finally, continue your practice with the given worksheets independently or with a partner.

Finally, student can continue their practice using the provided worksheets individually or with a partner.
