How to teach Rounding Decimals
In this 5.NBT.4 Fifth Grade Common Core Lesson, students round decimals (up to thousandths) to the nearest tenths, hundredth or whole number.
This lesson teaches students how to round decimals to any place value. This lesson is perfect for small group, math centers or independent practice.
First, draw a card. Then, roll and follow the directions on the die. Next, record your answers on your worksheet. Finally, continue your practice with the provided worksheets independently or with a partner.
