How to teach Comparing and Ordering Numbers

Using this Comparing and Ordering Numbers 1-10 Activity, students use the lion number cards to compare each number and sort them into the categories that they belong.

Comparing and ordering numbers will help your students as they begin to compare larger numbers. This activity will help your student put numbers 1-10 in order.

Cut out all activity cards. . Place one set of sun cards face up. Use the lion number cards to compare each number and sort them where they belong. Repeat the activity using a different set of sun cards. Use the practice activity worksheet to record your answers.
