Description
How to teach Perimeter
Using Finding the Perimeter Activity, students find the perimeter of a polygon when there is an unknown side length.
Your students will need to know how to find the perimeter to build fences around gardens and pools. This activity helps your students understand when they will need to know perimeter outside of the classroom.
Determine the missing lengths, match the Shape Cards to the correct Perimeter Cards, then complete the worksheet.
