How to teach Counting

This lesson includes worksheets, assessments, activities, and a poster all related to the Common Core Standard. Putting numbers in order will help your students when they do higher order math skills. This lesson gives them practice with counting and sequencing numbers 1-20.
Students count the objects on each card. Write the number on each card using a dry erase marker. Then, practice writing numbers 0-20 using the activity sheets.
