How to teach Prepositions
Using this K.G.1 Kindergarten Common Core Lesson, students describe the location of specific objects by filling in the blank with the best preposition.
Being able to describe an object or person’s location is an important life skill. This lesson will help your students become better direction followers and givers.
Describe the object on each card using names of shapes. Then, describe the relative position of the butterfly to the object in each picture. Finally, match the picture cards to the relative positions cards.
