How to teach Counting
Using One to One Correspondence Counting Numbers Activity, students count the objects on each card and pair each object card with the matching number name card.
Being able to recognize numbers written in different ways is an important skill for your students. This activity practices ways to show a number while pairing the number name with objects.
Cut out all activity cards. Count the objects on each card and pair each object card with the matching number name card. Practice writing the numbers using the activity worksheet.

Students can also draw their own sets to practice counting by ones.
