Alphabet Match Activity

Alphabet Match Activity

How to teach Letter Recognition

Using Alphabet Match Activity, students match beginning letters to colorful pictures to build letter recognition skills.

Being able to identify the beginning sounds of each letter of the alphabet will help your students build their letter recognition skills. Students can use this activity in a literacy center or at home.

Students match letter and picture cards to build their understanding of letter sounds. Then, students write or find objects that begin with the same letter.
