Using the Blends, Digraphs, and Trigraphs Activity, students create lists of words that have beginning and ending blends, digraphs, or trigraphs.
Being able to identify the beginning blends helps students read and write words. This activity gives them practice using common words that they will encounter in their reading.
Studentshunt for words that have examples of beginning and ending blends, digraphs, or trigraphs.
If you are using this activity, your students are probably learning about beginning blends.
Use this Popcorn Blends Activity as an additional resource for your students.
