Lowercase Letters Activity

Lowercase Letters Activity

How to teach Alphabet

Using this Lowercase Letters Activity, students say the names of the lower case letters in order to build their letter identification skills.

Being able to read lower case letters is an important skill for your students to do. This activity will help your students identify and read lower case letters.

Lay the letter cards face down on a surface or in a pocket chart. Hide six of the quarters behind the letters. Students take turns flipping over the letters to find the hidden quarters! Students must say the letter after it is flipped. The student who collects the most quarters wins. Extra Activity: Print two sets of letter cards and make a match game!
