How to teach Shadows
Using thisShadows Worksheet, studentsillustrate where shadows would be depending on the position of the sun and the objects
Shadows are created when the sun’s rays are blocked by an object.
The higher the sun the shorter the shadow.
Students notice where the sun is positioned. Then, draw a shadow that would be cast by the object according to where the sun is positioned.
