Use this Word Recognition Activity as an additional resource for your students.
Introduce this lesson by asking students what they know about parts of a book. Next, quiz students about how to read a book. You can be a little silly here and make mistakes on purpose. Then, students complete lesson independently or with a partner. Finally, students practice reading independently.
