How to teach Sorting
Using this L.K.5 Common Core Activity, students place picture objects in the most appropriate category based on where it fits best.
This activity is perfect for teaching students about placing objects in the correct category. It is a great resource for an immediate literacy center or small group activity.
Students sort common objects into categories by placing the object cards into the correct category bowl. Then, students can add to categories using objects of their choosing.
