How to teach Moon
Using Moon Activity, students read facts to create an All About the Moon poster to improve their understanding of the solar system.
The phases of the moon affects many processes on Earth – the tides and how much light there is at night. This activity will help your students know all about the moon.
Students search around the room to find and read the Moon Fact Cards. After finding and reading all of the moon facts, complete the “All About the Moon” poster using the information you just learned. Or, the poster can be filled out as each fun fact is found!After completing this on-the-move Moon report, share it with a partner or your class.
