How to teach Group Speaking
Using the Tell the Group Speaking and Listening Activity, students report on a topic or text, tell a story, or recount an experience with appropriate facts and relevant.
Being a strong speaker and listener helps your students be a good friend and conversationalist. It also takes a lot of practice. This activity will give your students practice speaking about something that is important to them.
Students choose topic cards and report using facts and descriptive details to share that experience with the group. After reporting, students will provide peer feedback using a graphic organizer.
