Introduce this lesson by asking students This or That Questions. Examples could be “What is better- ice cream or Popsicle?” Next, choose one student from each side to explain why they chose their answer. Then, distribute activity materials so students can begin their research. Finally, students can share their opinions through a gallery walk or other presentation.
