Writing Paragraphs Worksheet

Writing Paragraphs Worksheet

How to teach Writing

Using this Writing Paragraphs Worksheet, students write a paragraph about a topic in which you have some knowledge and interest.

A paragraph should have a topic sentence, which grabs the reader’s attention; supporting details that provide facts, descriptions, and examples of the topic sentence; and a concluding sentence, which drives the final point home. This worksheet helps your students write a good paragraph that contains transitional words that unify the sentences and create flow.
