Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions may not be refunded but may be canceled at any time. Due to the nature of a digital membership, we can not refund these purchases.
Physical Products and Paperback Workbooks
If you are unhappy with any product for any reason (excluding all paperback workbooks and memberships), contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you have questions or concerns about your order, simply call customer service at 678-345-1111 or Email Us at [email protected].
If you ordered a Paperback Workbook, you may cancel your order with 48 hours. After 48 hours, we will ship the Paperback Workbooks to your address and they may not be returned. If you are not satisfied with your Download, USB, CD or DVD you can let us know within 30 days for a refund upon receipt of your returned items. The buyer must pay all shipping costs. Shipping fees can not be refunded.
All products that are returnable are to be received in its original packaging, in like new condition and authorization by Have Fun Teaching is required prior to receiving a refund. Any downloadable content to be refunded, if ordered by mistake, must be immediately destroyed and unavailable for use upon receipt of refund. Refunds issued are done so by the original payment type. If you were invoiced and payment has been received then a refund will be issued in the form of a check which may take up to 30 days. If payment was done using a credit/debit card then a refund will be issued upon receipt of items and may take 7 days for the refund to appear.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products that were purchased from Have Fun Teaching can be refunded within 7 days of purchase (Excludes Paperback Workbooks and Memberships). Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees and shipping charges can not be refunded. Buyer assumes all financial obligation for shipping.
