Using this Adding Adjectives Worksheet, students will be able to use adjectives in a sentence to give more details in their writing.

Adjectives are words that give us more information about nouns (people, places, and things). This worksheet will give students an opportunity to rewrite sentences using adjectives to give more details.

First, read the word. Next, find the definition that best fits the adjective. Then, draw a line matching the word and definition. Challenge yourself by writing a story using adjectives from the list.
