A free account gets you into the HFT community and lets you buy just the resources you need — and there are freebies too (sort by price, low to high). A Subscription gives one teacher, parent, or homeschooler instant access to our entire downloadable library: thousands of worksheets, activities, flash cards, songs, videos, workbooks and more — to print, download, and stream. A School Subscription covers up to 30 teachers or homeschool families.

With a free account, some resources are free but most have a premium price. A paid Subscription unlocks every downloadable resource on the site. Subscriptions don’t include shipped items like paperback workbooks, CDs, DVDs, and USBs — those premium resources are available at an additional cost.

Yes! Our printables — worksheets, activities, flash cards, printable games, and more — are all licensed to one individual and can be printed, downloaded, distributed, and used in a school, classroom, or home, as long as the copyright and website info stays intact and the resource isn’t edited or sold. A Teacher or School Subscription includes unlimited printing, downloading, and streaming. Resources may not be edited, modified, or sold without written permission. Every song and video streams free on our website. With a Subscription, you can also download them for teaching, and we offer CDs and DVDs for purchase. Songs and videos are licensed to one individual and can be played, streamed, downloaded, and used in a school, classroom, or home as long as the copyright and website info remains and they aren’t edited. Want to use them in something you’ve created? Just let us know.

No — each Have Fun Teaching account and Subscription is for one teacher or parent. Sharing your account violates our terms of use and could result in your account being closed.

Head to your My Account page to update your details and payment info. Need to reset your password? Just click the Forgot Password link. You can update your address, payment information, and account details there too.

A School Subscription gives up to 30 teachers at a single school or homeschool co-op full access to Have Fun Teaching. Usually a school, district, or admin pays, then an administrator adds teachers to the account. As the School Admin or Manager, you can add or remove teachers, upgrade or cancel, and update payment. Need more than 30 seats? Add another School Membership for 30 more.

Log in to your My Account anytime to manage your subscription and membership details — including updating billing.

If you see a charge that says HAVEFUNTEACHING (or similar), it’s most likely us. We sell individual resources as well as recurring Membership Subscriptions, which renew automatically on the same day each month or year based on when you signed up. If a subscription price ever changes, we’ll email all subscribers at least 30 days in advance.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan and start date, and renew automatically to the payment method used at checkout. You can update your payment method or cancel anytime from My Account — if you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your period. Plans don’t include shippable premium items (workbooks, CDs, DVDs, USBs), though the content inside them is included free in your membership. School Memberships include up to 30 teacher or family memberships.

Subscriptions auto-renew each month, quarter, or year. To cancel, visit your My Account page, open the My Subscriptions tab, and click Cancel. You’ll keep access to your downloads for the rest of your membership period, and you won’t be billed again.

Yes, anyone can try our games right on the website with no account needed. A membership unlocks every game with no limits, and you can also buy a single game to download. How much of a game can be played free may change from time to time.

Games play in the web browser on computers, Chromebooks, tablets and phones, with nothing to install. A downloaded game is a single file that opens in any browser on a PC or Mac, even without internet.

Yes. Kids don’t need an account, never type in personal information, and there are no ads, no chat and no microphone or camera. Scores stay on the screen. Games are made for kids to play with a grown-up nearby. Read how games handle privacy.

Yes! Play it on your classroom screen or let your own students take turns. A game is licensed to one teacher or family, so please don’t share the file with other teachers or upload it to a website or learning platform. See the game terms.

Download it from My Account → Downloads, unzip it, and double-click the game file. It opens in your web browser and plays just like the website version, sound and all.

Sign in and open the Invite & Earn tab in your account. Your personal referral link is there, along with a box for emailing it to a friend. When someone new uses your link and pays for their first order, you earn 10% of that payment as store credit. Free trials and $0.00 orders don’t earn credit — your credit is added once their first real payment goes through. A referral is attributed for 30 days after someone clicks your link.

Credit is held for 7 days after it is earned, then becomes available to spend. You don’t have to do anything with it — it comes off your next membership renewal automatically, before your card is charged. You can also use it on other purchases at checkout: click Use My Credits under the coupon box and the total drops before you pay. Credit can’t be applied to tax or shipping, and can’t take an order below $0.00.

Yes. Credit expires 24 months from the day it was earned. Your Invite & Earn tab shows how long credit lasts and the date your earliest credit expires, and we email you before any credit is about to run out. Credit has no cash value and can’t be transferred to another account.

A friend who arrives on your link and is new to Have Fun Teaching gets 10% off their first payment. Memberships start with a free trial, so their signup is $0.00 and there is nothing to discount that day — the 10% comes off their first real payment when the trial ends. It’s one per person and can’t be combined with other offers.

The most common reasons: they had ordered from us before (credit is for new customers only), they signed up for a free trial and haven’t made a real payment yet, they clicked your link more than 30 days before ordering, or the order was refunded. You also can’t refer yourself, including with a second email address. Your Invite & Earn tab shows the status of everyone you’ve invited. If something still looks wrong, contact our team and we’ll take a look.
