What one new friend is worth

Is the Have Fun Teaching affiliate program free to join?
Yes! Any registered Have Fun Teaching account can take part, whether it’s free or paid. Sign in, open My Account → Invite & Earn, accept the program terms once, and your personal link is ready. It’s one account per person.
How much do I earn for each referral?
You earn 10% of your friend’s first payment as store credit. It’s earned once per new customer, on their first purchase — not on their later orders or renewals.
What does my friend get?
A friend who arrives on your link and is new to Have Fun Teaching gets 10% off their first payment. Memberships start with a free trial, so their signup is $0.00 and there’s nothing to discount that day — the 10% comes off their first real payment when the trial ends. It’s one per person and can’t be combined with other offers.
How long does my link keep working after someone clicks it?
30 days. If your friend clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the referral is yours. If they click a different member’s link after yours, the most recent link gets the credit.
When and how can I use my credit?
Credit is held for 7 days after it’s earned, then it’s ready to spend. You don’t have to do a thing — it comes off your next membership renewal automatically, before your card is charged.
You can also use it on other purchases: at checkout, click Use My Credits and your total drops before you pay. Credit can’t be applied to tax or shipping and can’t take an order below $0.00.
Does my credit expire?
Credit expires 24 months from the day it’s earned. Your Invite & Earn tab shows when your earliest credit expires, and we’ll email you before any credit is about to run out.
Why didn’t I get credit for someone I invited?
The most common reasons: they had ordered from us before (credit is for new customers only), they’re still in their free trial and haven’t made a real payment yet, they clicked your link more than 30 days before ordering, or the order was refunded. You also can’t refer yourself, including with a second email address. Your Invite & Earn tab shows the status of everyone you’ve invited — and if something still looks wrong, contact our team and we’ll take a look.
Is this a cash affiliate program?
No. Invite & Earn rewards you with store credit, which has no cash value and can’t be transferred to another account. It replaces our former commission-based affiliate program, which has closed.
