Description
How to teach Number Patterns
In this Pattern Detective Activity, students play detective by generating a pattern that follows a given rule.
Identifying number patterns will help your students build a strong foundation in mathematics and will help in working with numbers.
To use this Pattern Detective Activity, begin by looking at the pattern on the card. Then, think if the numbers are increasing (getting bigger) or decreasing (getting smaller). Next, think of how the numbers change. After that, write new numbers to continue the pattern.
