Description
Ask a class what they did over the weekend and half the room will start talking about a game. This sports writing paper worksheet turns that excitement into writing practice. It gives young writers a bright page with a simple prompt, so every child has a real idea to write about and plenty of room to write it down.
The page is made for 1st grade. It has a Name and Date line, a short prompt that asks children to write about a sport they like, and twelve wide writing lines sized for first grade handwriting.
