This lesson teaches students how to create a shape given specific dimensions. This lesson is perfect for small group, math centers or independent practice.
Students match the fruit and vegetable gardens to the number sentences and answers that are equal to the area of the garden. Then, they continue your practice of finding the area of squares and rectangles using the provided worksheet individually or with a partner.
