The All About Me Boxes Worksheet is a simple back to school writing page that helps 3rd grade students introduce themselves in their own words. Six clear boxes guide students to share their name and birthday, favorite food, hobbies, a favorite book, something they are good at, and what they want to be when they grow up.
Each box has a short prompt at the top and five ruled writing lines, so students can answer in full sentences.
