In this Finding 10 More 10 Less Activity, students practice finding 10 more and less than a given number.

Being able to use a hundreds chart to solve addition and subtraction equations is a useful tool for your students. This activity builds a foundation for your student’s base ten understanding.

Write the missing numbers in the base ten chart. Think about what number would be located above and below the center number. Once you have filled in the missing numbers, continue practicing with the given worksheets.
