Description
Sight words are the small, common words that show up in almost every sentence a young reader meets. This pre-primer sight words bingo worksheet turns the Dolch pre-primer list into a fun listening game for kindergarten students, so children practise spotting words like the, see, and play quickly and by sight.
Each board holds 24 pre-primer Dolch words in large, easy-to-read type, with a FREE square in the centre. The teacher or parent reads a word aloud, and students find it on the board and color that box. The first player to color five boxes in a row, across, down, or corner to corner, calls out Bingo. Use the pre-primer sight words bingo worksheet with a small group, a whole class, or one child at home.
