Reading comprehension is the skill of understanding, remembering, and thinking carefully about what a text actually says. This My Computer Died Reading Comprehension Worksheet gives 4th graders an original two-page fiction story followed by a full page of questions that send them back into the text for proof. Hakim has spent three weeks typing a report on desert animals, and on the night before it is due his laptop will not turn on. His older sister Egypt sits down beside him and helps him test one thing at a time until they find the real cause. Students follow the problem, the plan, and the solution from beginning to end.
This 4th grade reading comprehension worksheet is ready to print and use in any classroom or homeschool. Page one opens the story beside a full-color illustration, page two finishes it, and page three holds all of the questions.
