About This Worksheet
This circling short o words worksheet has six rows of three words. In each row, students read all three words, say them aloud, and circle the one word that has a short o sound. The other words use long o or a different vowel sound, so children must listen carefully instead of looking for the letter o. After the circling part, students choose two of the words they circled and write a sentence for each one.
