The books that your students read share information through pictures and text. This activity helps your students to share how they read the facts and information from the books they are reading. Your students will also learn how specific words have gotten their definitions.

Match the Character Cards with the Words and Phrases Cards. Use the blank

Character Cards to create your own. Then, complete the practice worksheet.

You can also use the Character Maps to write words and phrases that allude

to the characters.
