Use this Find Out More Research Project Writing Activity as an additional resource for your students.
Introduce this Take Note Writing Activity by asking students different sources they may use to find information about a given topic. Ask them for examples of print sources and digital sources while making a list on the board. Then, give the students a topic to research and distribute the activity materials so students can begin taking notes and notating their sources. Once finished, students can use this Writing Graphic Organizer to organize their writing. Finally, students will be able to write an essay on their topic with their notes from their various sources!
