Looking after your own teeth is one of the first real responsibilities a child is handed, which makes it a good subject to read closely about. This cleaning your teeth reading comprehension worksheet gives 3rd Grade readers an original short story about a boy named Theodore, who used to rush through brushing, meets a dentist with a better plan, and slowly builds the habits that keep his checkups quick and easy. He learns why two minutes matters, why a brush alone cannot reach every spot, and why keeping his toothbrush where he can see it makes him use it. Every question sends students back to a specific sentence for the reason behind a step, rather than asking them to remember what happened first.
