Using Informing and Explaining a Topic Worksheet, students write about a topic you choose providing details, facts, and/or figures to support your writing.
Informational writing is one of the topic types of writing your students will have to do in high school and college. They will have to research and present the information that they found. This worksheet will help guide students’ writing to create powerful and informational writing pieces.
Write about a topic you choose. Use descriptive words to explain the topic. Provide details, facts, and/or figures to support your writing. Tie your thoughts together with a concluding statement.
