Introduce this worksheet by telling a story about a time that you made a mistake and what you learned from that mistake.  Next, students share with a partner about a time that they made a mistake. Students can share aloud different ideas with the class. Then, students write and draw about their mistakes and make a plan for the future. Finally, students share their plans with the class. This worksheet can also be used a reflection when students make a mistake inside the classroom.
