In this Multiplication Comparison Activity, students write a multiplication sentence that matches a multiplicative comparison word problem.
This activity teaches students how to represent a multiplicative comparison word problem with an equation. This activity is perfect for small group, math centers or independent practice.
First, read the word problem on the card. Then, use the recording sheet to write an equation that matches the problem. Next, find the card that matches the equation you wrote.
