How to teach Angles
In this Star Wars Rays and Angles Activity, students recognize angles as obtuse, acute or right by playing War!
This activity teaches students how to use a recognize an angle as acute, obtuse, or right. This activity is perfect for small group, math centers or independent practice. This is a fun Star Wars activity to use on May 4th: May the Fourth Be With You!
Use this Star Wars Rays and Angles Activity by first picking a character . Then, measure the angle using a protractor. Next, decide if the angle is right, obtuse, or acute. Afterwards, play the card game War to help Princess Raya defeat Darth Rayder. You and your opponent flip over the top card of your deck. Measure both angles using a protractor. The person with the largest angle keeps both cards. To win, collect all cards from your opponent’s deck.
