Reading a clock is a life skill every child needs, and this Telling Time to the Quarter Hour Worksheet helps second graders move past the hour and half hour to read and show times at :00, :15, :30, and :45. Once students understand that each quarter of the clock is fifteen minutes, telling time becomes a confident, everyday habit rather than a guessing game.
This quarter hour clock worksheet has two clear parts. In Part A, students read six analog clocks and write the matching digital time on the line below each one. In Part B, they read four given digital times and draw the hour and minute hands to show each time.
