Use this Making Mistakes Puzzle as an additional resource for your students.

Introduce this worksheet by telling a story about a time that you made a mistake and how you reacted poorly. Next, students share ideas about to fix your reaction. Students can share aloud different ideas with the class. Teacher should name their new way of looking at the mistake as “Growth Mindset”. Then, students rewrite fixed mindsets into growth mindsets. Finally, students share their new statements with the class.
