Reading comprehension is the skill of reading a text closely and then showing what it says. The Welcome to Ohio Reading Comprehension Worksheet gives students a short non-fiction passage about a state and asks them to go back into the text for every answer. Students read about where Ohio sits, what its land looks like, and what is grown and made there, and then they answer questions that ask for word meaning, main idea, recall, and inference.
