This Contractions Crossword Puzzle Worksheet turns a 3rd Grade grammar drill into a puzzle a class will actually ask to finish. Each of the seven clues is a whole sentence that uses a contraction — didn’t, she’ll, they’re, wouldn’t, let’s, I’ve, can’t — and the student writes the two separate words that contraction was made from, one letter to a square.
