Using Pictures and Words Matching Activity, students describe
the relationship between illustrations and the text in which they appear.
The books that your students read share information through pictures and text. This activity helps your students to share how they read the facts and information from the books they are reading.
Place all the cards facing up. Match each text to the picture that it describes. Then, describe the relationship between the illustration and the text.
