How to teach Text Features
Using I Have Who Has Text Features Activity, students use text features and search tools to locate information relevant to a given topic efficiently.
Being aware of text features is an important step for your students. This activity will teach them about the most prominent text features that they will find in their books.
Students will play “I have, Who has” to review definitions of text features. Following the game, students will play tic-tac-toe with a common book to find examples of text features!
