How to teach States of Matter

UsingWhat are Liquids? Worksheet, students identify examples of liquids to build their knowledge of states of matter.

Liquid matter is an object that takes the shape of its container. It fills up the container it is in. The molecules in a liquid are farther away and move around. A liquid can flow. Liquid is a state in between a solid and a gas.

Studentswrite the word liquid under all of the pictures that show matter that is in a liquid state.
