Being able to write in different sentence types helps your students share their message with their audience. Commanding sentences allow your students to share their opinions and beliefs in a commanding way.
Students look at the pictures and then write a sentence that shows a command.

Introduce this worksheet by writing three different sentences on the board. Examples: Don’t forget your sunscreen, What is the temperature today and It’s so rainy out today. Make sure that you’ve forgotten the punctuation. Ask students to help you put punctuation. Then, students complete worksheet independently or with a partner.
