How to teach Beginning Sounds
Using L.K.2 Common Core Worksheet, students identify the beginning sound for the given pictures by choosing from a list of letters.
Being able to identify the beginning sounds helps students read and write words. This worksheet gives them practice using pictures to identify the beginning sounds.
Students look at the picture provided. Then, say the object name out loud. Then, circle the correct beginning sound for each picture below.
